On Safari in Texas

Lions, tigers and bears, oh my. While you won't find any of those at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, your wild animal craving will be delighted by cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, rhinos and hundreds of antelopes.

Where else can you wake up in the morning to the sight of a herd of beautiful roan antelope running gracefully across a nearby stretch of prairie? If you stay in a safari "tent" cabin, you can depend on it.

The gentle giraffes may lope over to the bus windows so you can feed them by hand (food provided). A great experience for kids.
